Today we had our first proper gig at the Bedford in Balham. I love the Bedford. Its the home of OneTaste and I feel comfortable there.

Dad asked me to drive his Stag to Hounslow to get its MOT. I bloody love that Stag. Here is me driving it. Im cool.

We went to Adams for a little rehearsal. This time the girls came.

We’ve been looking for studios to record the album. My friend Matthew Halsall suggested we get in touch with Ben Nostalgia 77 as he does some engineering work at a studio in Dollis Hill that might be good for us.

I’m staying at my folks house at the moment because my house in Hackney had a massive leak and our whole ground floor was under an inch or water.

I’m an hour late because, for some reason my laziness is very good at convincing me that distances take 50% less time to travel than the last time you journeyed them.

Today I went to my local. I spend half my life there.
